Franklin Sankar arrived from Trinidad for a visit to Calgary on June 6, 2005. He spent some time at
the Tin Shack, and much time blowing glass with Alan Gott at his studio. Over the two weeks that
Franklin spent with us, he was given an intense glass workout. Much fun was had by all!
Below are some pictures of Franklin blowing glass, and of a party held at the Tin Shack to welcome
Franklin and introduce some local glassblowers. Pictured are Bonnie Houston, Franklin Sankar,
